Industrial integration

An industrial vision solution requires an industrial integration. Vistalink works in cooperation with different electromechanical integrators to ensure that sensitive components of a vision system such as lenses and lighting are integrated in a safe and reliable way into the production environment. The customer also has the choice of taking the responsibility of this integration upon himself based on our HDS (hardware design specification).

Validation

For the pharmaceutical industry in particular Vistalink will not only deliver a reliable solution but will also take care of the system validation according to the GMP guidelines. The validation of the vision system will prove that our solutions will meet the required functionality (URS) in a reliable and repetitive way. Vistalink uses standard documents such as the Project Quality Plan, Functional Specifications and Design Specifications. This results in a complete validation file.
